Half of all vendor fees go into a drawing and one of the vendors will win all that money!!!

Example: 25 vendors pay $40 per booth= $1000

Half of that ($500) goes into a drawing and one of the vendors wins it!

MARKETPLACE VENDOR INFORMATION

Application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.  The Marketplace reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one type of items and reserves the right to change or substitute spaces.  Acceptance of your application does not constitute exclusivity.  If your application is denied you will be refunded your fee. 

***This is an outdoor event***

When: 

  • The last Saturday of the month

  • Vendors need to be open for business 9:00am - 3:00pm, no exceptions.  Booth setup can be anytime between 7:30am - 9:00am, but all vehicles MUST be off the park site by 9:00am.

Where: 

  • Angus Church - 4401 S. 129th W. Ave.  Sand Springs, OK 74063

Booth Space: 

  • 10' x 10' assigned space; booths must conform to these size restrictions on all sides and not infringe on walkways or neighboring booths.  If you need more space, rent two booths. Vendor must furnish their own table, chairs, and tent.  There will be NO water or electricity.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and cleaning of their space after the event.  Exhibitors and food vendors must dispose of trash in poly carts.  Vendors are responsible for any damages. 

  • Vendors will be contacted the week of the event with booth assignment, a location map & parking options.

Cost: $40 flat fee.   

  • Fill out application below and send payment upon entry through online payment or mail check to Angus Church. 

Confirmations will be emailed. Space assignments and map will be included in confirmation packet.

If you are planning on selling any kind of food/drink items, you must comply with all Health Department regulations.  Vendors selling food/drink items must submit a copy of their health department license, no exceptions.

No sale of Alcohol or Medicinal Drugs.

MARKETPLACE FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION

***If you are a vendor selling homemade goods (cookies, peanut brittle, pies, etc) from a booth, you are considered a standard booth, not a food truck***

If your application is denied you will be refunded your fee. 

When:

  • Vendors need to be open for business 9:00am - 3:00pm, no exceptions.  Food vendors must arrive no later than 7:00am and be fully set up, no later than 9:00am.

Where: 

  • Angus Church  - 4401 S. 129th W. Ave.  Sand Springs, OK 74063

Food Truck Space: 

  • Food Vendors space is limited.  Spots will be filled on a first come first served basis.

  • No electricity or water provided.

  • Submit a picture of the Food Truck that will be used at the event with dimensions.
